WebsiteSamuel Manu-Tech’s Roll Form Group operates out of five facilities and provides innovative roll forming solutions for virtually all industries in North America. All operations are ISO 9002 certified. The Mississauga plant produces a full range of building products including deck, roofing and siding and supplies some of the widest and longest custom sections available in North America. The Cambridge plant utilizes North America’s largest custom roll-forming machine to produce long, thick, heavy steel sections, including its new ˝” thick “JZ” series sheet piling, the heaviest cold roll formed sheet piling in the world. The Scarborough plant produces light to medium cold roll formed products in a wide range of custom profiles. Specialized products include strut channels for electrical and mechanical contractors and lightweight steel framing products for industrial, commercial and residential construction. The Edmonton plant serves the steel deck and siding needs of Western Canada. The Nisku plant (operating under the name Omega Joists a division of the Roll Form Group of Samuel Manu-Tech Inc.) manufactures custom designed and detailed open web steel joists for Western Canada and some overseas markets, with SJI certification to market throughout North America. Joists are fabricated from high strength cold formed sections and hollow structural web members. The Iuka plant started production in June 2007. Situated close to road, rail and water transportation systems, this new facility will have easy access to low cost steel supply from a number of U.S. steel plants. This new facility will service growing demands for our products from the U.S. heartland and Mexico. Locations
