   Steel Pickling Group   More Photos | See Below For Links We provide steel pickling and slitting services to the steel manufacturing industry supporting the automotive, fabricating, appliance and other industries. All of our seven pickling lines are certified to QS 9000 standards. Total steel pickling capacity in Canada is 2.6 million tons and 1.1 million tons in the United States. The Company also has slitting capacity of 0.2 and 0.15 million tons in Canada and the U.S. respectively. We handle a wide variety of materials, including low carbon, high carbon, high strength low alloy, 400 series stainless steel and other special grades, from .60” to .500” thick, and up to 72” wide. Operations include pickling, side-trimming, slitting, as well as a variety of oils or pickle dry, along with dry lube or other special coatings, in one controlled operation. We are also a designer and builder of pickling process systems. Our patented Turbo-Tunnel® is one of the most efficient turbulent pickling systems available, and our unique patented Stain-Free® system allows the horizontal strip to remain completely submerged from roll bite to roll bite.
